Housing For All believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
For unsuccessful applicants in the draw, the registration amount will be refunded to the payment source within 30 days
Any conditional application will not be accepted. Incomplete applications will be rejected outright without assigning any reason to the applicant.
Successful allottees will be informed about allotment through message on the mobile number, email id provided by them. The registration amount will be adjusted in the booking amount.
General Policy
Conditional or Incomplete Applications: Any application submitted with conditions, or found incomplete, will be rejected without any explanation or refund.
No Refund Policy: Housing For All maintains a strict no refund policy for all confirmed applications, bookings, and transactions.
